Intensive Mixer

Co-Nele UK Stand: C20

Co-Nele intensive mixers use a counter-current mixing action where the mixing tools work against the movement of the vessel, keeping material constantly in motion. This creates a high-energy mixing environment that allows powders and wet materials to be blended evenly and supports controlled granulation as liquid is added.

The laboratory intensive mixers are used for development work and trials, where material behaviour can be observed closely and process settings adjusted as needed. The larger CQM mixers operate on the same principle but at higher capacities, allowing the same process to be carried through into production once it has been proven.

This consistency between lab and larger machines makes the intensive mixer range suitable for developing granulation processes and scaling them without changing the underlying mixing approach.
