EUROBEND GmbH offers a full range of automatic welding machines for the production of all types of mesh and bar spacers/supports.

The most common types of bar and mesh supports can be produced by the  PLT B series, which is the only fully automatic bar support machine that offers the highest production speed (one full product in less than 4 seconds) featuring also fast and accurate product changeovers

 

PLT B SPACER SERIES:

All types of bar and mesh supports can be produced by the same machine, in less than four seconds (six cross wire machine version). Apart from the high- output six cross wire machine version two more machine versions are available to cover mid and smaller size production requirements:

The mid-range PLT B version has a four cross wire feeding system and is capable of covering every medium size production demands. All the other features, machine capabilities and characteristics are identical to the bigger model with the simultaneous feeding of the six cross wires. 

For all entry level production requirements, a single cross wire feeding machine is available. This entry level machine version is using a single cross wire feeding mechanism. However, as in the case of the four and the top of the range six cross wire feeding machine version, this entry level machine can produce all common types and sizes of bar support without any compromise on the quality of the final product.

All three machine versions share the same design principle, the same software and control system, the same degree of automation and also feature the following:

Servo-driven operation

• Multiple cross wire feeding for increased production rates

• Fast & accurate diameter changeovers due to quick set-up straightening systems, covering a broad range of wire diameters, without extra tooling requirements

• Operator is only required to supervise the production process and remove the automatically produced spacers

The superiority of the PLT B Series, together with the high output and the exceptional quality of the final product is reflected by the fact that they are dominating many markets around the world where the bar and mesh supports are used. A large number of our PLT B Series are in operation in the US, Brazil, UK, Turkey, Germany and Poland.

The PLT B Series is a marker leader since it was introduced and more machines are installed worldwide.

The two next machine installations of our PLT B Series (one six-cross wire machine version and one four cross wire machine version) will take place in USA at the company “VIMCO INC” located just outside Philadelphia, PA.

In addition to the newest bar support machines that are going to be added to their existing bar support machine fleet, VIMCO also uses three EUROBEND mesh welding lines, one multi-line straightening machine, one 3-D wire bender and three dowel basket machines

PLR BB SPACER SERIES:
All types of plain-type bar supports can be produced by the same machine, in less than four seconds (six cross wire machine version).
Highly efficient two-stage bending operation provides excellent accuracies and unmatched repeatability.
On the first stage, which employs two multiline bending stations (one per side) all cross wires ends are bent at once.
On the second stage, the mesh is formed into the required bar support.
Final product is discharged on an inclined table for easier collection and stacking.

PLR CFB SPACER SERIES:
All types of plastic cup bar supports can be produced by the same machine.
With PATENTED wire stamping/notching mechanism and expansion of plastic cups guarantees elimination of loose plastic cups.
Unique mechanism for rotation of plastic cups ensures always feeding of the plastic cup on the correct direction.

The above spacers welding machines are in operation in the US, Brazil, Netherlands, UK, Sweden, Turkey, etc.
 

PL TRIS LATTICE GIRDER SERIES:
The “PL-TRIS” Series of Lattice Girder welding lines can produce most types and sizes of Lattice Girders and offer reliable and cost-effective production.
Different models are available for both the economic and high output production of Lattice Girders.
Powered de-coiling stations for line and diagonal wires with tension detector, or wire loop accumulators according to machine version, ensure smooth and accurate feeding of wires.
Straightening section employs roller straightening technology with patented product self-leveling anti-twist rollers.
Unique continuous bending system, for double and quad step lines, with retractable bending pins for the two diagonal wires, ensures accurate and consistent operation.
Flexible welding heads with electrically driven height adjustment for the production of various lattice girder sizes.
Hydraulic clamping units, mounted on a servomotor driven carrier, ensure accurate feeding of wires and Lattice Girders.
High speed cutting operation ensures continuous lattice girder production.
Automatic and fully automatic, synchronized stacking and batch removal modules available.
