At The Concrete Show, Minder will demonstrate its core systems:

ReadyMinder – a complete end-to-end system for managing concrete, screed, mortar and pump operations, covering enquiry, quotation, batching, despatch, invoicing and customer portal access. It integrates directly with batching and accounting systems and now includes Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) to enhance site efficiency and security.

QuarryMinder – a comprehensive solution for aggregates (loose and bagged), waste (including skips), blocks, bricks, asphalt, haulage and day-work. The system is fully paperless and now includes web-based applications for loading shovel drivers and stacker drivers to support block deliveries.

PlantMinder – a system for managing fixed and mobile plant, including daily checks, servicing, repairs, maintenance schedules and documentation. A mobile app enables plant checks to be completed on-site with automated alerts when faults are reported.

Minder will also showcase Questjay CUSUM for concrete conformity, now integrated with ReadyMinder for ticket data retrieval, and MAQCS, an online system for managing aggregate compliance against BSI or custom standards.

In addition, visitors can discuss Minder’s future roadmap, including business intelligence integration across systems, a web-based scheduler for third-party hauliers, increased automation, new dashboards and automatic reporting to DEFRA.
