Exhibitor Spotlight: fibo

fibo Collect will be exhibiting for the second year running at the UK Concrete Show with representation from fibo Collect UK, fibo Ireland, and Danish manufacturers fibo Intercon.

Located opposite the Concrete Connect theatre on stand J40, there will be live demos of the fibo Collect FS1200 Compact Layout: an automated concrete, mortar, and screed batching plant which allows customers to collect small volumes in small timeframes. 

The model will exhibit all the distinctive features that position fibo Collect as a highly convenient and sustainable option for concrete, mortar, or screed collections.

• Adjustable hydraulic conveyor: allows users to lower the discharge point, reducing splashback and making operations more suited to the 'small collection' market.
• Automated washing system: cleans the inside of the mixer at either time intervals or based on recipes. This reduces the wait time between collections and ensures uncontaminated materials.
• Integrated recycling: separates the washout and reconditions the water for use in the next batch, enabling cost-efficient and environmental production. 
• Touch screen terminal: users can choose a recipe on the touch screen terminal, which comes equipped with a card payment system. 

There will be live demonstrations of the customer journey and a deep dive demo of control panels for operators who are interested in learning more.
