Kelly Tanks' new Mini Concrete Washout

Concrete washout specialists, Kelly Tanks has introduced two new products to its washout range.

The Double Washout is an advanced concrete washout system designed to manage and recycle wash water from concrete equipment on construction sites. It features two adsorption sacks and a 2,000-liter water storage capacity, enabling efficient separation of solids from wash water. The system includes a high-volume pump for optimal hose pressure during equipment wash-off and an automatic pH control mechanism that uses CO₂ to neutralize the alkalinity of the recycled water. This closed-loop system allows for the indefinite reuse of wash water, promoting environmental compliance and reducing waste.

The Mini Washout, is a small portable version of Kelly Tanks' flagship CWS Concrete Washout. A compact and portable concrete washout system designed primarily for cleaning small tools on construction sites, it is equipped with wheels for easy maneuverability and includes a water storage tank and hose for efficient cleaning without the need for external water sources.

The system features an adsorption sack that captures and retains solids, cementitious particles, and oil residues, allowing clean water to drain through. Pumps within the system recycle the wash water, enabling continuous washing without the necessity for frequent refilling or waste discharge. The system also allows for easy pH neutralization by adding a pH-neutralizing agent, ensuring that the recycled water is safe for reuse.

According to Kelly Tanks, this user-friendly solution is particularly beneficial for construction sites aiming to manage concrete washout efficiently while minimizing environmental impact.
