Kelly Tanks CWS Ultra closed-loop concrete washout system separating solids and recycling wash water

Kelly Tanks will use the UK Concrete Show 2026 to highlight its latest closed-loop concrete washout and water treatment solutions, developed to help contractors manage wash water safely, efficiently and in line with environmental requirements.

The company will be showcasing the CWS Ultra, an automated concrete washout system designed to capture washout, separate solids and neutralise pH, while indefinitely recycling wash water. Operating from a single 110V / 16-amp power supply, the system incorporates a high-volume pump to maintain hose pressure and offers a 2,000-litre holding capacity, making it suitable for high-demand site operations.

Kelly Tanks has spent more than a decade refining concrete washout technology and now operates the UK’s largest fleet of washout systems, alongside a growing range of water treatment solutions including pH control, flow-proportional dosing and remote monitoring. Its systems are designed to be simple to set up, straightforward to operate and easy to empty, reflecting site-led development informed by contractor feedback.

With a background in water management and environmental protection, Kelly Tanks focuses on practical, robust solutions that reduce waste, recycle water and support responsible site practices. The team will be on hand to discuss washout compliance, system selection and project-specific requirements.
