CDS Envirocure® systems deliver precise, repeatable control of the curing process, giving you authority over time, temperature, humidity, and energy consumption to improve product quality and strength. Available as either a ‘Big Room’ system for automated/semi-automated production or an ‘Individual Lane’ system for maximum flexibility, Envirocure® uses separate heat generation and water atomisation to create a consistent, de-stratified curing atmosphere that helps reduce efflorescence, shorten cure times, and lower operating costs.
