Stand E54 will see control specialists Cantech demonstrating their family of state-of-the-art PC-based systems for concrete and mortar batching and associated processes.

These encompass the overall process from quotation and setting up of load requirements on to automatic control of the complete batching process including traceable recording of the contents of every batch/load; then invoicing of each load produced.

These include cloud-based facilities which allow the pre-order processes to be handled from an orders office and then automatically produced by a batching plant on a different site; and similarly allowing details of loads made to be examined from a remote area laboratory or indeed when on the move.

Experienced personnel will be on stand to demonstrate how the Excel-based batch data logging/analysis provide email alerts of out-of-tolerance batches and recurring plant faults and facilities allowing preventative maintenance scheduling.
