EKC Systems Limited has more than 50 years’ experience in supplying production equipment and accessories to the precast and prestressed concrete industry.

We are a UK and Ireland market leader in the supply of equipment and client support for the prestressed concrete industry. Our trained staff carry out on site repairs and calibrations of equipment whenever possible with the common goal of keeping production disruption to a minimum. Our prestressing product range includes grips (both EKC and Paul Maschinenfabrik), stressing jacks and pumps, grip cleaning and maintenance accessories and calibration equipment.

Our expertise led us to be an integral part of the creation of the industries standard prestressing safety awareness training course that we know today. To this day we remain a recommended training provider for the course.

We are also a leading supplier of cast in lifting and fixing accessories. Our range includes lifting and fixing sockets, lifting pins, and spread anchors and all the associated loops, shackles, and ring clutches.

To complement EKC’s own products we are agents for three overseas companies who are all at the top in their respective fields.

Elematic Oy Ab – A Finnish company supplying machinery and full turnkey factories predominantly for the production of hollow core flooring and wall panel production.

Paul Maschinenfabrik GmbH – As mentioned above, a supplier of grips widely regarded as the best in the world. Also stressing equipment and abutments for any prestressing application.  For example, in the production of precast bridge beams.

3R’s – A French company producing compression test machines for concrete cubes, Beam flex test machines, tensile test machines and wire and strand pushing machines.
