Xeroc brings new and innovative technologies to increase circularity and reduce the carbon footprint of concrete, tackling today’s unsustainable model from quarry to waste. Our process involves mitigating the need for virgin aggregates and reducing the volume of waste going to fill. We do this by recycling demolished concrete into new concrete at or near the construction site (C2C recycling) and sequestering CO2. In addition to the benefits from reduced use of virgin materials, this approach also reduces the carbon footprint of the concrete produced by about 30% and is less costly to produce than new concrete in many locations.
