Helen Frape has worked for VERIFI® since 2017, latterly as Business Development Manager responsible for bringing digital monitoring into the mainstream and supporting customers wishing to integrate the system into their businesses. She has facilitated process improvement and behavioural change for over 20 years in the construction industry.

Prior to joining VERIFI® in 2017 Helen held manufacturing performance roles in the ready-mixed concrete sector at Lafarge and Tarmac, focused on reducing process variability and removing waste. In latter years her emphasis has been on helping teams use process data to drive behavioural change to deliver sustainable improvements.
