Lauren Fairley is the newly appointed Executive Officer of Concrete Repair Association (CRA), taking up the role in March 2025. 

Previously serving as CRA Secretary, she brings extensive experience in the construction and concrete repair sector. 

In her new position she is responsible for driving the Association’s strategic direction — expanding membership into specialist areas like bridge-deck waterproofing and post-tensioning, raising CRA’s public profile, and acting as spokesperson with government and industry bodies.
