This exciting collaboration between The UK Concrete Show and The Concrete Society shines a spotlight on the next generation of leaders – with nominations for the 2026 UKCS Emerging Talent Awards opening in November.

The inaugural Emerging Talent of the Year will be selected from the five winners of the UK Concrete Show Emerging Talent Awards 2025, showcasing exceptional young professionals driving innovation, sustainability, and excellence across the concrete sector.

The award will be presented this November at The Concrete Society Awards, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London – one of the UK’s most prestigious construction industry events.
