Located on the show floor, and scheduled between sessions in the Concrete Connect Seminar Theatre, this brand-new area will host two live demonstration sessions each day from 11:45 and 13:45, giving visitors the chance to see leading products, technologies and techniques in action – up close and in context.

 

For visitors, it’s about more than just watching. It’s about understanding how the products work, what makes them different, and whether they’re the right fit – all in real time. How does it perform under pressure? What does it take to use on-site? Will it be more productive and cost-effective? And you’ll be able to try them out for yourself!

Big names are already on board.

 

 

DEWALT, YB Fixings, Command Alkon, Best-Chem and Concrete Wetcast Machinery (UK distributor for Mantis ULV) are among the first to secure their slots in the Live Demo Zone – each bringing hands-on, real-world demonstrations that show exactly how their latest technologies perform under pressure.

YB Fixings will be demonstrating the MAX Rebar Tying Tools range, including the RB443T, RB661T, RB823T and RB401T-E, alongside their battery-powered and pneumatic rebar cutters. Visitors can see how MAX’s fast, consistent tying and cutting solutions support safer, more efficient reinforced concrete work.

DEWALT will showcase its POWERSHIFT™ cordless range, engineered for heavy-duty, high-demand applications where power, runtime, and mobility need to align. Expect demonstration sessions focused on productivity, durability, and real-world performance gains.

Command Alkon will present COMMANDbatch through a live “cocktail batching” demo, showing how automated, recipe-driven production works in practice. Choose a drink on the tablet and watch the system prepare it on the spot… just like in a concrete plant, only with bubbles rather than aggregates.

Best-Chem will demonstrate CreteAway+, its specialist concrete remover designed to break down hardened residues quickly and safely. Visitors will see how the product lifts build-up without aggressive scraping or harsh acids, helping extend equipment life and reduce cleaning downtime.

Concrete Wetcast Machinery will showcase the Mantis Bema 1000, a precision handheld ULV spraying system designed for controlled, uniform application of release agents and surface treatments. The demo will highlight its fine-mist atomisation, reduced overspray, and suitability for wetcast mould preparation.
