The demo highlighted its fine-mist atomisation, reduced overspray, and suitability for wetcast mould preparation.

Visitors discovered Cloud Cycle’s real-time in-transit monitoring for ready-mix concrete producers. The demonstration showed how the system transformed every truck into a mobile quality control lab by tracking slump, temperature and water addition for every load. Automated status tracking, cycle time analysis and digital pour records gave producers total visibility from batch to pour.

Visitors saw the Kyocera TJEP Compact Tier 40 in action. The demonstration showed how this compact rebar tying tool delivered fast, consistent reinforcement fixing using a single 1.3 mm wire to create low-profile, tail-free knots, helping to keep the wire fully embedded within the concrete and reduce the risk of corrosion. Its pull-back tying technique ensured secure ties with precise wire usage, maximising efficiency and increasing the number of ties per coil.

This demo proved how easy it is to use the Moxie Shield concrete-enhancing products for waterproofing and vapour-proofing concrete and masonry structures, offering practical guidance including finish and setting times. Designed to limit moisture ingress and vapour transmission, Moxie Shield reduce issues such as efflorescence and long-term material deterioration.  

TechQuip demonstrated a fully battery-powered walk behind power trowel, including live start-up and operation on a demonstration board. The session showcased its smooth control, quick-change 11 kg battery system, rapid charging, app-based battery monitoring, and zero-emission performance, along with its benefits for UK construction sites.
