Armcon Ltd

ProAll L8025

Armcon will showcase the ProAll L8025 volumetric concrete mixer, engineered for high-output, on-site concrete production with full mix control and operational flexibility.

The L8025 delivers an 8 m³ production capacity and output of up to 50 m³ per hour, allowing contractors to batch concrete directly at the point of placement without relying on a fixed batching plant. Onboard storage includes a 5.7 m³ aggregate bin, 4.4 m³ sand bin, 2.6 m³ cement bin and a 2,250-litre water tank, supporting sustained production in demanding site conditions.

A Commander control unit with wireless remote operation enables precise discharge control, while variable-speed cement metering maintains mix accuracy. Full manual override controls ensure pouring can continue in the event of technical issues.

A rear ladder and access platform support safe operation, backed by Terex ProAll build quality for durability in heavy-duty environments.

Bay-Lynx Manufacturing UK Inc Ltd

Titan Screed Mixer

Bay-Lynx will showcase the Titan Screed, a purpose-built mixer developed specifically for liquid screed production, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and efficient on-site operation.

Manufactured from a single sheet of Hardox 450 steel, the Titan Screed is designed for long service life in demanding conditions. Its streamlined construction removes the need for external support structures, reducing overall weight while maintaining strength and durability.

The mixer is configured to carry up to 9 tonnes of binder in a sealed compartment, 9 tonnes of sand, and 3,000 litres of water, with the capacity to produce up to 8 m³ of liquid screed. Automatic moisture measurement and adjustment, combined with failsafe control systems, help maintain consistent mix quality throughout production.

Designed for specialist screed contractors, the Titan Screed aims to deliver reliable output, precise control, and faster production rates on site.

Danfords

CIFA K31L Truck-Mounted Pump

Danfords will showcase the CIFA K31L truck-mounted concrete pump at the UK Concrete Show 2026.

Mounted on a 6x4 chassis, the K31L features a five-section B5Z 31/27 placing boom offering a maximum vertical reach of 30.5 m and horizontal reach of 26.2 m, with a minimum unfolding height of 5.7 m. The compact stabilisation footprint is designed for ease of setup on restricted sites, while total vehicle weight remains under 26 tonnes.

The pump can be specified with the HP1608EC unit, delivering up to 160 m³ per hour at a maximum pressure of 80 bar. CIFA’s Smartronic control system provides real-time monitoring, diagnostics and pumping management, with advanced stability control options available.

Designed for urban and high-access projects, the K31L combines reach, compact setup dimensions and electronic stability systems to maximise jobsite efficiency.

Kimera UK Ltd

Kimera G740 Gravimetric Mixer

Kimera will present the G740 gravimetric mixer, a high-performance unit designed for continuous, on-site production across a wide range of cold mix applications.

The G740 uses precise electronic gravimetric dosing to produce consistent mixes of concrete, cold asphalt, stabilised soil, recycled concrete, mortar and screed. With a continuous mixing system capable of production rates of up to 80 m³ per hour, the machine is aimed at high-output sites where accuracy and material control are critical.

Twin aggregate hoppers and the cement silo are mounted on certified load cells, enabling loss-in-weight dosing for high repeatability. Water and additives are measured using electromagnetic flow meters, while an automated PLC system monitors the entire process in real time, adjusting feed rates to maintain consistent mix quality and minimise waste.

Designed for flexibility, the G740 can be mounted on a truck or trailer, installed on a demountable hooklift or hydraulic stabilisation frame, or configured for static operation. Multiple discharge options allow material to be loaded directly into trucks, pumps or via conveyor, supporting a wide range of site layouts and production requirements.

Nugent Coachworks

Nugent M900 Truck Mixer

Nugent Coachworks will showcase the M900 Truck Mixer, a standout in the Nugent M-Series, offering innovation, durability, and safety in a sleek package.

With a 9 m³ Hardox 450 mixing drum, the M900 combines strength and longevity while minimising weight for maximised payload. The drum’s design delivers superior mixing capabilities, handling dry, semi-dry, and wet concrete loads to BS 8500 standards with ease.

Built on a "unique" modular subframe, the M900 offers flexible configurations with bolt-on/bolt-off options. Notable features include a one-piece ladder for driver convenience, lagged hydraulics for added safety, and a lowered centre of gravity to ensure stability during operation.

The M900 is the ideal choice for fleets and independent operators, combining simplicity, high performance, and safety, making it the new standard in concrete mixing.

Poggi UK Ltd

Poggi Model 75 Big-Bag Decanting System

Poggi will highlight its Model 75 Big-Bag decanting, storage and tanker filling system, a modular solution designed for efficient handling of powdered and granular materials on construction and concrete-related sites.

The system features a fast big-bag decanting hopper with integrated bag breaker and a newly developed dust suppression system, reducing airborne dust during unloading. Material is transferred via a large-diameter screw conveyor into a storage silo, before being fed through a secondary screw conveyor and loading bellows for controlled bulk tanker filling.

Poggi supplies and installs the system mechanically and electrically, with the option of full turnkey delivery, including civils and weighbridge installation where required. Designed for flexibility, the Model 75 supports controlled material flow, cleaner operation, and streamlined logistics for bulk material handling.

IMER LT9.7 Superlight concrete truck mixer on display, designed for increased payload and reduced operating weight

Utranazz

Utranazz IMER Superlight Truck Mixer

Utranazz will debut the IMER LT9.7 Superlight truck mixer at the UK Concrete Show 2026, marking the model’s first UK exhibition appearance.

The 9 m³ mixer is designed to maximise payload while reducing operating costs, making it suited to high-output ready-mix operations. The drum is manufactured from 3 mm IMER WEAR steel, balancing low weight with high abrasion resistance to increase carrying capacity and improve fuel efficiency.

As Europe’s largest concrete truck mixer manufacturer, IMER uses robotic welding for all mixer drums, delivering consistent build quality and long-term durability. Internal blade configurations are available with capped or uncapped options, allowing operators to match mixer performance to wet or dry batching requirements while maintaining consistent concrete quality in transit.

Also on the stand will be the Turbosol TB40 City Pump, developed by Utranazz in partnership with Turbosol. Mounted on an under-HGV chassis, the compact line pump delivers up to 40 m³ per hour and is designed for congested and restricted-access urban sites, with on-board pipe storage for rapid mobilisation.

Completing the display is Utranazz’s latest Blue Molds concrete block mould range, redesigned using 4 mm steel with reinforced welded corners for improved durability, alongside practical handling upgrades for day-to-day site use.
