Command Alkon

Command Alkon

Product name:

Cloud Batch and Batch AI

Overview:

Cloud Batch and Batch AI are digital batching solutions from Command Alkon designed to modernise ready-mix production through cloud-enabled controls, intelligent automation and data-driven accuracy. Cloud Batch provides a secure, browser-based batching environment that supports single-plant and multi-plant operations, whether accessed from the batch house, across the site, or remotely.

Batch AI builds on this foundation by analysing real-time plant conditions, learning from each cycle and automatically adjusting material feeds to reduce overshooting, undershooting and variability. The systems centralise operational insight for operators, QC teams and managers, offering clearer visibility of accuracy, alarms, material variation, utilisation, waste and throughput.

Producers adopting these tools have reported measurable improvements, including higher batching accuracy, substantial reductions in out-of-tolerance materials, and material savings across multi-plant operations.

CO-NELE

CO-NELE

Product name:

CO-NELE Intensive Mixers

Overview:

CO-NELE intensive mixers are designed for the controlled blending, agglomeration and conditioning of fine materials, powders and waste residues. The units use a high-energy mixing mechanism with a rotating pan and counter-rotating mixing tools to achieve uniform material distribution and consistent particle formation.

The mixers are used in processes that convert difficult or heterogeneous waste streams into stable granules or aggregate-like products. Adjustable tool speeds, wetting options and process monitoring support precise control of moisture, density and granule size during treatment.

This technology is suited to recycling, mineral processing and circular-economy applications where waste diversion, material stabilisation or the creation of secondary raw materials forms part of the production workflow.

Rebarmat

Rebarmat

Product name:

REBARMAT® Composite Rebar

Overview:

REBARMAT® GFRP rebars are glass fibre-reinforced polymer reinforcement bars manufactured as a lightweight, non-corrosive alternative to steel. Produced from continuous glass fibres set within a polymer matrix, the bars provide stable mechanical properties and consistent behaviour in environments where traditional reinforcement may deteriorate.

The range includes REBARMAT® PRO, a general-purpose GFRP rebar for structural reinforcement; REBARMAT® MESH, supplied as pre-formed mesh panels for slab and surface applications; and REBARMAT® AGRO, designed for agricultural and chemically aggressive settings. All variants are available in standard diameters and can be incorporated into conventional reinforcement layouts, with handling adapted to suit their lower weight and non-conductive characteristics.

REBARMAT® products are suited to projects where corrosion resistance, long-term durability, or reduced maintenance requirements form part of the design criteria.

Active Minerals International

Active Minerals International

Product name:

Acti-Gel® 208

Overview:

Acti-Gel® 208 is a high-performance magnesium aluminosilicate additive used to improve the fresh-state behaviour of concrete. It helps eliminate segregation and reduce bleeding by enhancing particle suspension, supporting the production of pumpable, flowable, yet stable concrete mixes.

The additive can be incorporated into a wide range of applications, from self-consolidating concrete to precast and paving works. By modifying the rheology of the cementitious system, Acti-Gel® 208 contributes to improved workability and mix stability under varied placement and batching conditions.

Acti-Gel® 208 is suited to projects where controlled flow characteristics, mix cohesion and reliable handling performance are required.

MudMixer

MudMixer

Product name:

MudMixer® Continuous Concrete Mixer

Overview:

The MudMixer® is a continuous concrete mixer designed to provide a steady, controlled output of cementitious materials without the need for batch mixing. The unit uses an electric drivetrain and a fully adjustable water-input system, allowing operators to regulate moisture levels for materials such as concrete, mortar, stucco mixes and similar products.

Material is fed through the hopper and mixed as it moves along the internal auger, supporting uninterrupted placement and reducing the stop–start workflow associated with conventional drum mixing. The design aims to streamline labour requirements on small to mid-scale jobs by providing a consistent mix profile and reducing the likelihood of overly wet or dry material.

The MudMixer® is intended for contractors seeking a portable, continuous mixing solution suitable for varied site conditions and a broad range of cementitious applications.
