Submit your proposal below

We're excited to invite you to share your expertise at the Concrete Connect Seminar Programme during The UK Concrete Show, taking place on 23-24 March 2027 at the NEC Birmingham.

Following another successful edition of the show, this is your opportunity to share practical knowledge, inspire industry peers and help shape the future of the UK's concrete sector. Whether you've delivered an innovative project, developed a new approach or overcome a significant technical challenge, we'd love to hear your story.

Speaking at The UK Concrete Show will raise your professional profile while contributing to the collective knowledge of the concrete community.

We're inviting fresh ideas and new voices to take the stage in 2027. We're particularly interested in presentations built around practical case studies, project experience and measurable outcomes. If you can share lessons learned from a major project, demonstrate how an innovative approach has delivered tangible benefits, explore advances in low-carbon concrete, repair and maintenance, digital technologies or AI, or present best practice that others across the industry can apply, we'd love to hear from you.

Presentations should ideally be no longer than 15 minutes, allowing time for audience questions and panel discussion.

Submit your proposal by Friday 4 December 2026. We look forward to welcoming you as part of the 2027 seminar programme.

Repair and maintenance: protecting our built environment

The scope of repair and maintenance is expanding beyond just structural applications. We’re seeking insights into everything from concrete scanning and injection techniques to waterproofing systems and repair mortars. Whether it's addressing deterioration in infrastructure, industrial flooring, or other assets, your expertise in concrete care can help maintain and extend the life of our built environment.

Ready for the revolution: from drive-throughs to electric mixers and anti-roll technology

The ready-mix concrete sector is undergoing a revolution, with innovations such as drive-through batching plants, all-electric mixer trucks, and advanced anti-rollover safety technologies. If you’re working in these areas — whether it’s about cutting carbon footprints or increasing operational safety — we want to hear how your work is shaping the future of concrete logistics and production.

Sustainable concrete solutions for a greener tomorrow

As the industry moves towards the Net Zero 2050 goal, lower-carbon concrete is becoming a priority. Major players including Aggregate Industries (ECOPac) Tarmac (CEMO), Cemex (Vertua), Heidelberg (EcoCrete) and Breedon (Breedon Eco™) are leading the charge, with a plethora of innovations from other companies like Fortera, Recycl8 and Seratech making an impact too. If you’re working on sustainable materials or products, share your developments and innovations with us.
